Mungkin perlu evaluasi lagi untuk bintang 3. Masuknya ke bintang 2. Kamar cukup luas, air hangat mati, breakfast 3 pilihan nasi goreng, nasi campur, roti tawar, tidak ada buah, pintu kamar pakai anak kunci manual, wifi tersendat, penutup flash closet perlu diganti.

Stafnya lebih khususnya receptionist cewek tidak ramah kepada tamu.

Hot water for bathing does not work

TV has no broadcast. Reason under repair.

The AC remote was problematic from the start but the hotel employees made no attempt to change the battery, the shower was red & blue but all cold water, no towels even though the room price was above 400.

Due to exceptionnal circomstances (Ferry didn't leave at the right time ) I could not check-in. I asked a refund or a credit, but they refused because of the non-refundable policy. I, sometimes, had exceptionnal events happening, and all hotels before accepted to exceptionnally refund me or change the date when it happened. I just recommend you to avoid this hotel, where the customer satisfaction is not their priority.

Facilities such as towels, soap, toothpaste, TV, no. WiFi can't go to the room, the price is too expensive for a room. The description in the description is not detailed for each room package.

Successfully book room economy via Traveloka, eh, when it arrives at the location, the room runs out, and must be upgraded by paying an additional fee, unprofessional, that we must pay for their own fault

There is no elevator to the upper room even though it's only 3 floors. And less sensitive to the needs of guests, must be informed first and then run. Less friendly, good morning greetings / good afternoon like routine, and tasks that must be carried out.

The rooms are very spacious with a calm and comfortable hotel atmosphere. The strategic location is easy to access to find food and drinks outside the hotel, a shuttle from or to the airport makes it easy for guests.

Front officer gave a very bad service room on very bad condition, the bed, bathroom is very dirty and some staff need to be repaired totally unprofessional. One thing could be said the good point' is food.
