I have stayed at Vinpearl Ha Long 5 times, but this time I was very disappointed because the rooms were old, the view was bad, etc.

Quality service, luxurious and comfortable hotel

Everything is ok but the room price is a bit high!!!! If you want to book a room here, you should book early to get more incentives.

Buffet food needs to be more diverse. Food and entertainment services for children need to be expanded.

Came for the 5th time but this time was the most disappointing because it was so bad. When I arrived at the check-in location, the TV greeted me with a man's name while I was a woman. Looking down at the floor, the hair of the previous guest was falling out a lot. It seemed like the staff here did not vacuum the floor. I will never come again because it was so bad.

- Traveloka's hotel receipt says "Surcharges may apply to children over 11 years old sharing a room with an adult." but the title below says surcharges for children over 4 years old. It feels like the information is unclear and unprofessional. The buffet is pretty bad for the price. Otherwise it's okay

very good, my whole family had a great experience here, but the first time I saw that calling an electric car to go to the beach cost money so I was a bit surprised.

The beach is not very clear because it is artificial but the swimming pool is quite great! Unfortunately I didn't take photos because I was too busy enjoying it

A place worth experiencing

My mother and I had a wonderful vacation. 5-star standard hotel. Quiet space to rest. The room is fully equipped with nothing missing. Staff are always willing to serve very friendly. Beautiful private beach, safe for the kids. We will choose to stay again if we have the opportunity to go to Ha Long.
