At that price. It's worth it. Complete facilities from WiFi to kitchen equipment. Get an extra mattress so if it's a large family it can be up to 10 people. Just a suggestion: the warm water in the bathroom comes out a little, the faucet in the kitchen comes out everywhere & the mattress in the back room is a bit hard.

Alhamdulillah lumayan nyaman. Termasuk rumah bangunan lama. Ada 3 kamar 2 kamar mandi. Mungkin lebih ditingkatkan lagi kebersihan dan kondisi rumahnya. Terima kasih

The facilities are quite complete, there are 3 bedrooms, with a double bed in each room, 1 room with an en suite bathroom. There is a living room, family room with carpet and extra bed, a garage large enough for 2 cars with a gate that can be locked, a fairly complete kitchen, stove, dining area, refrigerator ready, there is even a washing machine and grill. The hot water runs smoothly even though the flow is a bit small. Indohome TV with smooth internet. Communication with the manager is quite good. When Aqua, electricity and gas run out, they immediately respond to refill. Overall, for that price, it is very satisfying. Disadvantages: the walls are a bit damp so it's a bit stuffy when you first enter, it gets better when the air circulation starts.

Menginap di sini sekeluarga dengan 6 orang dewasa dan 3 orang anak cukup lega. Owner baik sekali. Terdapat 3 kamar, 2 kamar mandi dengan air panas, masing-masing kamar ada extra bed, rooftop yang nyaman, carport bisa untuk 2 mobil, TV dengan indihome, dapur dengan alat masaknya, kompor, kulkas, magic com, dan mesin cuci. Lokasi gampang dicari, dekat dengan BNS, masjid, dan minimarket/toko 24 jam. Minus: kamar paling belakang tempat tidurnya sudah kurang baik. Overall puas menginap di sini, apalagi kalo rame-rame.

The place is clean, the service is good, there is a small kitchen, a water heater and a hairdryer, it's a shame it doesn't work, the WiFi is pretty smooth, I really recommend it for family events, 3 bedrooms have 3 extra beds, fit 12 people, hopefully more facilities will be added in the future 👍

Bagus villa nya. Ada 3 kamar. Ada extra kasur juga. Kamar mandi bersih. Air lancar. Peralatan dapur lumayan komplit. Dapet air galon juga. Puas deh nginep di sini. Air panas juga nyala tanpa masalah.

The villa is nice, very family friendly. Suitable for holidays with a large family. Complete facilities, the owner is also friendly.

Villa low budget nyaman rame-rame bersama keluarga, hanya kurang untuk karaokean saja, overall semua lengkap dan bersih banget, bisa diulangi lagi kalo Ke Batu nginep di sini lagi. Owner nya ramah dan komunikatif, ada barang saya yang sempat tertinggal dengan gercep dikirimkan ke alamat saya, semoga selalu terjaga kebersihannya. Suasana dan view nya di atas roftopnya keren.

Overall it is value for money, parking can fit up to 2 cars, there is a rooftop, lots of mattresses, fast WiFi, complete facilities. Only one drawback is that the drinking water should be provided with only aqua gallons, because if you use pure it, the taste of the tap water doesn't disappear, so you don't drink the pure it.

We book at 6 pm to be occupied at 10 pm. At first we were confused because there were no guards at the villa, the telephone number could not be contacted at all. About an hour we were in the wild villa. Finally it can be connected to the villa owner and they immediately come to clean. The owner is friendly, polite and pleasant. The next day we were given hot milk and salted eggs as souvenirs. Will stay here again someday ☺️

Very satisfied staying here. Although initially hesitant. It turned out to be very comfortable, cool and quiet, clean and the facilities were okay, convenient parking for 2 of our cars. The host was also very friendly even though I was often troublesome asking for directions about tourist destinations. The location is also very close to Banas. The rooftop is great for our aunt's family together at night. Next stay again Villa Villi again. Thanks.

I like the house and the rooftop but the mattress underneath in the TV room has a lot of bed bugs to the point of itching some people. Please replace the sheets, and often wash the pillows, a lot of musty smell, thanks before.
