The staff is okay, for the hotel because it's old, I think the lighting is lacking, it needs to be updated again. For the location, it's good because it's in the center of the main market so it's safe to buy anything.

A hotel located in the Pasar Raya area, Padang. Given its location near the market, the atmosphere around the hotel is quite bustling. Visiting Pasar Raya can be an alternative activity, when staying here. Good luck.

The tiles in the room were broken even though it was a deluxe room, I was a little disappointed and there was no place for a toilet and there was only a small amount of broken contacts, but that's okay, hopefully the hotel can follow up on this case🙏

I booked 2 rooms for a holiday with my family but in one room I got broken and cracked tiles and some of the tiles were empty so I was afraid they would break and be dangerous, in one room the hot water didn't turn on and the water was small. Hopefully the hotel can follow up on cases like this 🙏 for the others it's good, it's just that the downside is the floor tiles in the room 🙏 oh yeah, one more thing, there's no trash can in the room 🙏

Spacious room, clean unlike many reviews that are bad, it is in accordance with the price and affordable... close to the market, you can walk to the market because it is so close... the staff are friendly and breakfast is provided, like a hotel that was once successful in its time, overall it is very good. Next time I go to Padang again, I will stay here..
The bathroom is clean, the AC is not too cold but can still be enjoyed.

Sorry, the bathroom floor needs to be scrubbed so that it is not slippery and smells of urine, and the bedroom floor needs to be mopped with a cleaning mop so that it is not oily and sticky, thanks for the service and hospitality.
