The staff was super friendly and helpful. The hostel was easy to find. Lockers were available and location was convenient. Bathroom and room lighting/security could be improved.

Cheap and clean hotel to stay, with friendly and nice staff. The location is so perfect, right in the middle. Near to the famous Concubine Lane and surrounded by restaurants (5-10 min walk). If you don't carry too much stuff, you even can walk from the station. Thank you, for a very nice experience to stay.

strategic location, we can just walk to enjoy the tourist area in the middle of Ipoh city such as mural art street, night market and bookstore.

Good and next to the hostel there is a motorbike rental. So if you want to go to tourist attractions, it is very easy to access.

Hotel dengan bangunan cukup tua. Sempat pintu kamar macet tidak bisa dibuka. Setelah 30 menit dikasih kamar baru. Posisi strategis jalan kaki ke tempat belanja (biscuit shops) dan tempat sarapan (coffee shops).

Pelayanan bagus. Dekat dengan concubine line. Dan ipoh river.

Staff is very helpful, the room and bathroom is so clean, there is a soap in the bathroom, and you can enjoy your free time in rooftop. The location is near the iconic place.

It was less than the expectation. Too expensive to what service provided. The bed was not comfortable. No shampoo. No soap bar. Not enough electric socket.

The hotel location is strategic. But the reception really annoys me during the check-in process. Keep on asking how payment is made for my booking. Is it 1st time this hotel got booked from the app? Well I don't know. Also it stated come with free breakfast. But we got nothing. 👎.

Very strategic hotel, close to mural art, concubine lane, gebang market, clean hotel, provided breakfast on the top floor, bread and eggs, there is an elevator from the ipoh terminal jaya secure take grab only RM 14, friendly service, there is a problem with the room key can immediately change a new room.

The staff was sk helpful to guide a foreign like me, the hotel also clean and tidy. Its very cine to stay there especially for backpacker or traveler like me

Check-in process is slow. Waited for 1 hr even though the check in time is 2pm. Though its named 'Hotel', do expect backpacker facilities for the price you paid for.

The location is very strategic, can be reached by foot from Ipoh station / terminal kida. For the size of the hostel it is very comfortable and affordable both in terms of price, service and location.
