Clean, comfortable place, friendly service. Highly recommended for backpackers.

Friendly staff, nice thing is even it's near crowded place, the place remain quite and like it far away from crowded area, surrounding area was full of type of food choices, bathrooms was clean, the bedroom was also clean with very nice blankets, they provide towels too, and please bring additional lock, because the door provide second type of lock, makes you feel safer.

This inn is perfect for backpackers. The location is in an alley so it is quite quiet but close to bus stops, docks, Sevel, Khaosan Road etc. It's easy to go to any tourist spot even to the grand palace on foot. From the airport, Don Mueang needs to take an A4 bus. Staff are friendly and can communicate in English. The initial condition of the room was clean, the fan functioned, the pillow was quite soft, there were no blankets, there were towels, hangers, clothes hangers, the bathroom was clean enough and there was a bathroom with warm shower, no daily room cleaning service (no problem anyway) . But the water flush closet is not fast and for advice please give hotel slippers (at least to go to the toilet and bathroom).

The staffs were so friendly. They helped me with directions, the bus number should I take to go anywhere. The location of the hotel was also very strategic, near the bus stop and Khaosan road. Cheap price and morning coffee also for free. If I come to Thailand again, I will stay in Nat 2 again for sure.

There were only 3 water bottle for two days of two rooms booked. The morning coffee was in the reception room but the receptionist wasn't friendly enough had no smile. No cleaning room service. A broken water heater in bath room. No electric boiling water kettle.

Only given 3 bottle water, the receptionist is hard of giving smile. Broken hot water in bath room. No kettle for boiling water. We are not going to stay anymore. once is enough

I had the most awesome day here,the staff is incredible friendly and it was near to go everywhere like only 7 minutes to go to night market and 7 minutes to go to terminal bus that can drive you to every place! Even though the bed is super hard but idc it was all worth it with the price. If you looking for place to go near everything, cheap, and easy this is the place! Also it is near 7/11 so it is really easy to grab smth in the middle of night~
