The hotel's location is strategic for finding food and getting around. The atmosphere is very comfortable and clean. The staff is also friendly and helpful. Love it; every time I go to Penang, I definitely stay here.

The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful during the check-in and check-out process.

the location and the room are good, everything is available. the room price is also affordable. but if you are with children who want to play in the hotel, it seems there is no swimming pool facility. everything is close, food court, hawkers, mini market, eating durian are all close. loh guan lye hospital and island are also close, walking 10 minutes. to new lane is close, to new world hawker center is a little further walk than to new lane hawker center. but there are many food courts and restaurants nearby.

Strategic location close to food hawkers, durian sellers, pharmacies, close to everywhere, friendly staff, mineral water available that can be refilled at any time.

The elevator to the 12th floor was a bit shaky, then we left our suitcases with the staff but our suitcases were only small, we wanted to carry them ourselves but were forced to carry them so we would give a tip, we knew check out was at 12 but we were called as if we didn't know the check out time, there were too many rules prohibiting smoking but we don't smoke and were asked to sign how many times, unlike competitors who are more simple and calm there

Strategic location, if you want to find food & breakfast, just cross the street in front of the hotel, if you want to go to the hospital, there is a free car to take you there every morning👍🏻

Hopefully other guests don't have the same experience as us 🙏😇
