Good location, no TV, only 1 soap, no shampoo, difficult car parking.

The hotel is located in the center of Ubud, only about 5 minutes walk from the hotel to Ubud's palace. But still comfortable to rest, away from the crowd. Many food stalls scattered around the hotel, halal food (no pork) is also there. I ordered 3 rooms, room number 2,3 and 4. Unfortunately the bathroom cleanliness in room 3 is lacking, because there is a black spot on the bottom floor of the shower. For room number 4 the cleanliness is good, but unfortunately the bathroom door can't be closed. The friendliness of the owner and staff is very good, even our family had a chat with the owner. They gave us roasted sweet potatoes which tasted very sweet. The breakfast menu is limited, but tastes good. There is bread with butter and jam, omelete, fruit, traditional cakes, coffee and tea. We will definitely come back to Ubud. 😊

The hotel lost power in the middle of the night. We tried to call the hotel staff on the phone but they kept rejecting our call, and the staff did not tell us where to go if there was something wrong. They need to communicate what to do if there is an emergency and the reception is closed.

Very clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
