Gak kebagian air panas seharusnya di tempat dingin tuh air panas sangat perlu.

Tidak ada ac karena sudah dingin. Lokasi tidak jauh dari camp area dan masjid di alahan panjang ada air panas minus: tv hanya punya 3 channel

Standard facilities available. There is hot water. The breakfast is one kind, but it tastes good. Strategic location. It would be better if the room had a small minimalist wardrobe or just a clothes hanger in the room.

The room is dusty. There is no sound proofing in the building. The noise from outside the room is quite loud especially our room is in the receptionist area and next to the stair.

Pengalaman kami saat menginap di sini kurang menyenangkan. Pelayanannya kurang ramah, slot kontak listrik di kamar tidak bisa digunakan jadi tidak bisa mengecas smartphone, sudah bicara baik-baik dan minta diganti kamar yang setipe, tapi dibilang tidak bisa. Malah disuruh bergantian dengan kamar lain (untung itu saudara, coba kami hanya memesan 1 kamar dan tidak ada kenalan pasti bingung mau ngecas dimana), pokoknya sarannya pelayanannya dibaguskan lagi, karena harga kamarnya lumayan pricey seharusnya memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik juga untuk pelanggan:).

This is my hotel. I have been back and forth to the Alahan Panjang Green Hill Hotel 4 years, always staying here. For me it is quite satisfying, according to my budget.

Poorly maintained property. No tissue, toileteries provided. And transportation is very difficult from this area.

The shower water is not tight, the room smells.

Our family was quite satisfied while staying at Greenhill Hotel Alahan Panjang ... hot water was available, cleanliness was good, food for breakfast was good ... service and honesty of the hotel staff was very good ... happened to run out of the breakfast bag left in the dining room and delivered by the hotel staff to the room and thank God nothing was missing ... we took the connecting room ....

Love the weather, not so great for the room and breakfast though

The size of the hotel in the Regency area is quite comfortable for staying breakfast, which is too standard, only 1 menu but it tastes good. Cleanliness is quite good.
