I stayed for 2 nights in an AC twin room: The room is okay as far as comfort and cleanness. No door to the toilet though. However, I couldn’t get the key to the room at check-in cause apparently it was gone? They kept saying that I would get it within a few hours, then tonight, then the next morning, then the next night etc. Never ended up getting it. It was the same deal with the laundry service: We would get it in the afternoon, then the evening, then the next morning, then at check-out time. The service is unbelievably slow and unorganised even for SE Asia. The WiFi shuts on/off constantly.
