The room is really not worth the price, when I checked in, the bed was quite dirty and sandy. The room is not like the picture that the hotel posted. I feel unsatisfied with the service and feel that the money I spend is not worth it.

All services of the hotel are good. There is one thing I am not satisfied with: I booked 2 rooms luxury double room. But when checking in, the receptionist finished the room, so I arranged for 2 standard double rooms. And the difference in room rate is not refundable.

The hotel has a good location, but the equipment in the bedroom, especially the wc, is very old, but has not been replaced.

My room looks out to the sea but the glass is so dirty that it doesn't matter haha. Family trip quite comfortable, clean. The receptionist was very enthusiastic, showing us all the good places. Staff attitude is very good.

Yen Vy 4 Hotel has a beautiful location: near the beautiful beach (about 100 m), convenient to travel (near the market) and convenience stores, eating and drinking. Funny and enthusiastic staff. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Good breakfast service. Is a worthy hotel to stay during holidays in Quy Nhon.

Spacious room, full equipment. The toilet is clean. Good wifi. Buffe has a little bit of breakfast in the morning but has a good taste. The girls cook enthusiastically and happily. The minus point is that the soundproofing is not good so it is quite noisy, can hear jokes and jokes in the next room or hallway.

I go to work in Quy Nhon and find a place near the sea for convenience. Room ok, the staff is okay. But it was a little noisy at night because the soundproofing room was not good or the guests going back and forth were a bit noisy. The rest are temporary.

Facilities: medium, like a normal guest house, hot water is not always available, the arrangement in the room is unreasonable (sink to the outside of the restroom, right of the way so when washing the surface, it will wet floor without wiping cloths). Space: when I was staying, there was a group of the North coming to the east, losing order and being extremely polite in eating and behaving. Service attitude: very good, enthusiastic, attentive, friendly. The only plus point for Yen Vy.

Staff are also friendly, rooms are quite new but it seems a bit tight. In the morning, the crowded day helped. The usually absent day is pretty bad, calling for a main dish of rice, noodles or vermicelli, which is mostly made with cold sandwich and fruit dessert. The rooftop pool is left unused. In short, the service is not commensurate with the price range.

Disrespecting the privacy of our guests, we leave the table unattended and the hotel still allows people to move in. We arrived early, clearly there was room that the hotel did not check in early. All luggage we have to take care of, no one staff at the hotel support. The style and attitude of the staff is very bad, the hotel is noisy even 3-4 am or dusk after 11pm.
