Clean rooms, friendly staff, strategic hotel location

When I needed a transit hotel after the Penajam crossing which was delayed for quite a long time, what was quite a surprise was the home-cooked breakfast menu with very large portions, overall it was worth the price.

It doesn't match the price of the hotel, the price is almost 600 thousand, but it's not like a hotel, it's more appropriate to call it a homestay.

Kamat for under, there is no warm water and the bathroom is slippery and there is seepage from above. Service is not friendly. The food cannot be wrapped even though you want to check out in the morning. Have to go up and down stairs. For seniors and those who have gout in the legs, don't try it. Value 1 out of 10 scale.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, the employees are nice and friendly.

For the cleanliness, it's good, for the lights maybe if it turns off like I did yesterday it takes a long time for the generator to not turn on.

The hotel staff suddenly checked out and was accused of carrying a hanger / clothes hanger, my wife and I was shocked, finally my wife ended up angry, if I did not believe I told the staff to check, but the staff apologized but my wife did not accept being accused like that, if indeed I want to take the items in the hotel what do I have to take the hanger, because I take the other items, I suggest if the items in the hotel do not want to go please list each room to keep the items inside the hotel feel lost, hope all staff must sort out what to say to the customer so as not to offend others. Indeed my wife did not receive being accused of leaving a hanger, hopefully this experience will not be repeated to other customers.

Hopefully service and comfort will be improved again. And need a good attitude in serving guests.
