Forced to rent a car from the hotel, they gave a bad car, before arriving, they said 200k | the next day, threatened to rent another place, they reduced it by 150k, gave a super bad car, ran out of gas and calculated the price by the day, not 24 hours like other places. Booked a room a week in advance, when arriving, they gave another room with 3 beds and asked for an increase in price. If you are careless, they charged an exorbitant fee. Ha Long Seul Hotel. You have to be very smart to not get ripped off in Ha Long.

I booked a room but when I received the wrong room I received.

The room was quite nice but the reception handled it poorly. When checking in, there was a bottle of water that had been opened before, but because I didn't notice it, I didn't notify the hotel. When I paid an extra 40,000 VND for water, I transferred it, but due to some error in the bank, the hotel did not receive it right away. I let the front desk check the transaction on the phone and showed them the account was deducted. But the front desk still refused to let me go because I had not received the money, causing me to miss the car. When I was in the middle of the check-in process, they did the check-out procedure for another guest. It wasn't until I told them I missed the car that they let me go.
