Amazing experience staying with friends 🫶

need to upgrade. because now there are many hotels in Nias that are much better with the same price. room cleanliness needs to be evaluated. don't let there be spider nests. the roof needs to be checked. because there are some that leak into the room when it rains. the kettle for boiling water in the room needs to be cleaned because it is dirty. the bed frame needs to be repaired. the spiders must be sprayed with Baygon so that they die so that they don't make nests in the cupboard or bed area.

Stayed 7 days there and enjoyed my stays. In the back balcony overlooking the beach where my room was. Nice ocean views. I'll definitely stay there again when visiting Nias.

Hotel is OK, room was actually very nice. But for any tourist information, travel arrangement and such, you are on your own: hotel staff, although very nice, just don't know.

So far. Stayed for 2 days, I'm happy, I like the service and cleanliness. I got a beach view, a gentle breeze to blow away our problems lol. Next time when I go back on vacation, I might stay there, I just want to request this, hopefully the water can be made a bit stronger, yesterday's shower was not very strong, especially at night. Maybe because there are many guests using it, the water supply is not very strong, we can get an upgrade 👍 quickly, be quick if we need anything. Please continue to improve the service and upgrade the cleanliness and rooms so that there is no damage or anything lacking. Thanks.

Well, it's not bad, it just needs extra cleaning of the bathroom so that it doesn't create an unpleasant smell in the room. Hopefully this will be a concern for the hotel. 👍🏻🙏🏻.

It's a shame the windows don't face the beach.

The bathroom is dirty, there are cobwebs, yellow stains on the toilet.

Stayed 4 days, the room was never cleaned, even though I had informed the staff.

Okay quality. But it needs to be improved in terms of comfort. The air conditioner is not cold enough, the sheets are not replaced, the room floor is not clean.

Enough to just rest sleep. Rooms are not soundproof. If there are fellow guests walking down the hall. The sound is quite loud coming into the room.

Maybe not the best hotel in Gunungsitoli, but for the standard of comfort for business travel it is more than adequate, only the best thing about this hotel is the location of the hotel, which is quite in the middle of the city, making it easier to find food without just walking.

A relatively good hotel on Nias Island.

There is no hot water when taking a shower in the morning. It's confirmed, oh only. The breakfast menu is very ordinary. Location is ok. There's a coffee shop too.

Stayed 2 nights, 3 days, only 1 time to feel the hot water. It's been conveyed to the clerk just 'oh'. And the TV doesn't get a signal, it's been tinkered with, it doesn't work.
