Roof in the bathroom is leaking water and it’s dripping right above the toilet and drips on me When i checked into the room the bedsheet looks clean but i found long hairs on the bed headboard and I’m a male with short hair The toilet seat is broken and wont hold the lid up The good thing about staying at this place is that its near to everything like the shops and the restaurants and the stuff on the night shifts is very friendly

The rooms are very lacking, there is no elevator.

Very bad and run down place to crash. I was given room 115 and the lock is awful and not functioning properly.

We had pleasant stay. The price is very cheap and the hospitality was good. We never had high expectations (since the price is super cheap) but the hotel is better than my expectation. Even the decorations was nice!! Would definitely stay again in the future.

Pipe broken. In the middle of night. We need to change room due to pipe damage and water flow.

dirty, water heater was not function, the front desk was not helpful, not recommended for family, dark room without window and air circulation, no elevator and no lift.

Check in and check out process was smooth. Staff is friendly especially the one named Nesh. Deposit RM50 as normal for checking registration. Room is just nice for two. It is simple. I booked a twin room. Complimentary mineral water is provided. No kettle in the room. No sound proofing as well. Over all it is just a one night stay in here. Worth it!

Air cond less cold. Rooms have windows but are closed with sign board, TV channels are destroyed even basic, boring sitting in the room, the path to the cluttered room with cleaner items like buckets, mop, garbage bin, room unlike the web picture. First time and last stay at this hotel.

Appropriate in price, tp place is okay as it is close to Bestari Park. There is a fine dining spot opposite the hotel from Indian cuisine to Malay and Chinese Food

The sink leaked, it’s very disappointed. And they didn’t provide full toiletries only the soap
