The staff were all friendly, and the food was delicious and varied daily. However, the room wasn't soundproof, so it was quite noisy as outside noise could be heard.

I was very impressed with the excellent service. The pool is nice, but unfortunately there are too few sunbeds. The hotel is within walking distance to the main commercial area, but walking at night is not recommended due to the lack of streetlights.

Love staying here with my family! Every staff is very friendly and helpful. Love the breakfast menu as well, if you are willing to stay comfortable with a budget and the area is near Seminyak/Canggu, or if you want to explore the higher Bali area (Uluwatu), this place is the answer because the position is in the middle of everywhere.

The hotel is clean, and the service is good. The only downsides are the location and parking.

Check-in time too long. I need to wait longer than I should. They informed me to wait for 20 minutes; after 20 minutes, I asked about the room, and they repeated the same answer 😭.

I was re moved 3 times during my stay, the front desk put me on the room which are in the next room was renovation in-progress and this impacted to my allergic to dust, its not comfortable and got problem with my asthma.

Very recommended hotel, sangat bersih dan nyaman mulai dari lobby, kamar ada balkon dengan pintu geser yang besar. Restoran dengan makanan yang enak dan kolam renang yang hangat dan nyaman. Staf yang sangat ramah dan very helpful. Menyesal hanya stay 3 hari di sini dan kemudian pindah kehotel lain. Akan kembali kesini jika visit Bali kembali.

I was very disappointed with the parking problem, as I understand that it is not possible to park a car in the hotel area, just drop it off, but when I wanted to arrive, my car was told to park on the side of the road, while unloading my suitcase, the road was narrow and dark , even though in the hotel area there is an empty place for drop off, but it cannot be used, because for the GM of the hotel, my question is, is the GM more important than customer comfort?
