Ini guesthouse bukan hotel. Terletak di perum Puri Gejayan. Kalo jalan ke Hartono mall lumayan jauh. Rumahnya gelap. Kamarnya kecil dan gelap agak seram sih kalo nurut saya. Saya dapet kamar di lantai 2. Tempat handuknya kotor kuning-kuning. Mejanya debuan. Pagi hari dapet roti kukus dan resoles. Harga 350 ribu/malam kemahalan. Cocoknya di 250 ribu/malam. Saya nginep di Diva residence cuma 270 ribu/malam dapet kamar yang jauh lebih besar dan terang.
