This room type is for a maximum of 2 people and 2 children (from 1-5 years old). The price you paid is applicable for 2 rooms with a maximum of 4 adults, excluding extra beds. Regarding the room hygiene issue, the hotel would like to take note and will check with the housekeeping department to improve in the future.
