Clean, comfortable, delicious breakfast.

The staff is friendly, the hotel has an old-fashioned vibe so it's aesthetic, especially the lobby area and the dining area, the food is also decent, when staying there there are a lot of foreigners so it doesn't feel like it's in SBY anymore hehe Only the parking area is a bit complicated if you bring a motorbike you have to turn around first, other than that it's okay

I was initially surprised because it looked like it was located in a village alley, but upon arrival, I discovered the hotel was located in a Chinatown, or old town... The old buildings, relics from the Dutch era, and the well-maintained items of the past, added to the feeling of being in that era. And in the evening, as it was a weekend, there was a Kya-Kya food court with a Chinese theme, offering a variety of affordable foods... The next day, walking around the hotel, it was so quiet on August 17th, and I felt like I was back in that era, seeing the old Chinese and Dutch buildings.

Have slept here many times and am very satisfied

The hotel's ambiance is as good as it was back then. Lots of tourists. Spacious rooms, cool AC, and comfortable. The exhaust in the bathroom didn't work. The swimming pool was a bit murky. The hotel's surroundings were less than pleasant. The TV wasn't a smart TV. Overall, it was still okay.

Please replace the TV in your room with a smart TV or Google TV.

I like this hotel, so I stay here quite often, only the room lights are too dark.

I really enjoyed my stay in here. The place is near the city center, it has a good swimming pool, and the place is clean.

Friendly staff. I happened to get a less than ideal room view. Next time, I'll just get a pool view.

Heritage Hotel Lobby. For new building rooms, very clean and quiet. Close to the station, the old town, and Atum market. A bit confusing when checking in to the parking lot, you have to make a long detour.

The room is comfortable, the location is close to the old town.
