I've only stayed here once. I've tried this hotel. However, there are a few points: 1. There's only one access card. 2. Access to the elevator without a card (security-wise, it's lacking). 3. There are mold stains on the blanket. However, for the budget price, overall it's quite satisfactory. Improve the cleanliness.

I often stay at Kokoon with my family. The service is friendly, the food is truly exceptional, the waffles are especially delicious.... Absolutely the best.

This is my first stay here. This heritage-inspired hotel boasts a friendly and helpful staff. It's close to the Old Town tourist attractions. The rooms are clean, and the menu is quite varied, but unfortunately, we arrived at 10:30 a.m. for breakfast and most of the menu items were already sold out. There's a gym and swimming pool. It's a perfect choice for a staycation or a vacation in Surabaya. Thank you, Kokoon Hotel Surabaya.

The vintage vibe is strong, and it's quiet in the middle of a warehouse area. Comments: The breakfast menu is minimal, and I ordered a non-smoking room but got a smoking room, which diminished the good feeling.

Always here for every staycation with the kids and family, this is the 8th time.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, and it was easy to get to the city center. The only downside was that the shower was above your head, so when you showered, your hair got wet, hehe.

I've been a regular stayer here for a while now. It's comfortable, the rooms are large, and clean. It's also kid-friendly.

Overall it's fun.. Very suitable for a kids-friendly staycation. The room is quite clean.. It's just a shame because the room allows smoking so it still smells of cigarettes. The room is not soundproof.. In the bathroom is complete, you get towels, soap, toothbrushes.. In the room there is also a kettle, tea, coffee, refillable mineral water, there is a dispenser in front of the room. There is a clean swimming pool that doesn't smell of chlorine. The breakfast menu is also very extensive. When I had fried rice, fried vermicelli, fried fish with sweet and sour flour, stir-fried long beans with bean sprouts, crispy tofu. There are pancakes, waffles, egg omelets/sunny eggs, toast, and cereal. There is also corn rice with side dishes (omelet, soy sauce chicken, stir-fried tempeh, crackers), there is also soup, there is soto, there is green bean porridge & sumsum porridge. Only breakfast for 2 people.. So when I brought my 9-year-old child, I was charged Rp55,000.

Just a suggestion, provide a restaurant for smoking.

My kids' favorite place for staycations. They won't stay here if they don't stay at this hotel, even though they're in Surabaya, they always choose here. It's comfortable and quiet. It's the best.
