I like this hotel, so I stay here quite often, only the room lights are too dark.

I really enjoyed my stay in here. The place is near the city center, it has a good swimming pool, and the place is clean.

Friendly staff. I happened to get a less than ideal room view. Next time, I'll just get a pool view.

Heritage Hotel Lobby. For new building rooms, very clean and quiet. Close to the station, the old town, and Atum market. A bit confusing when checking in to the parking lot, you have to make a long detour.

The room is comfortable, the location is close to the old town.

The main thing is that it is solid and full, God willing, I will come back again.

Stayed 4 nights, 3 rooms 1. Sandals not changed every day 2. Towels not changed, left wet 3. Cigarette butts in the ashtray not cleaned 4. Curtains are dirty 5. Bathroom still smells 6. Crowded guests, minimal and dirty car parking

The second time staying at the Kokoon hotel, I really like the hotel atmosphere, far from the crowd but the environment is friendly. Maybe if the first time you see the atmosphere of this hotel it's a bit strange, but if you explore it, it turns out to be very comfortable. The area around the hotel is quite interesting, because it's far from the hustle and bustle of the city, very quiet .. and I like it One of the things I also like is the delicious breakfast .. recommended fried rice and waffles are delicious .. but overall all the food is delicious here The staff service is also really good, very friendly and very helpful when checking in, checking out and leaving my belongings .. Everything is safe and trustworthy, thank you to the staff who have helped, always success for Kokoon hotel ❤️

Friendly hotel staff, clean swimming pool, clean, comfortable, quiet rooms, close to the old town.

The room is not very soundproof, but still ok. The location is close to the old city of Surabaya. For breakfast, it is varied but can be improved for taste. The check-in and checkout process is fast. Overall worth the price

Overall ok with a 3 star hotel and the price we chose, we also like the heritage appearance of the hotel, the room is ok, what needs to be improved is the bathroom water channel because the water hole is on the high floor area, so the water flows down and then towards the door and stagnates. What concerns me again is that ordering a coffee machine for latte, cappuccino etc. is subject to additional costs excluding breakfast, while we have also paid additional breakfast for the children, that's all, thank you.
