Comfortable and safe, the room is quite spacious with a city view.

I want to move, but I can't because other places are full and it's quite expensive considering the condition of the room etc.

Resepsionis nya ramah tamah, menyenangkan di I & M kamarnya bersih, viewnya bagus, Trim ' s 🙏.

Fasilitas tidak sesuai di katalog, kamar mandi hanya ada sabun, TV tidak bisa dinyalakan, air panas tidak berfungsi.

Ngeri banget, check in gak ada handuk sama sekali, pas check out di suruh bayar cas karena pegawai ngotot dan nunjukin CCTV kalo udah kasih handuk. Padahal setelah check in 2 jam saya komplain kok gak ada handuk nya. Ada ya hotel gak becus hanya karena handuk. Saya gak sekali dua kali check in di hotel manapun ga pernah yang namanya bawa handuk apalagi handuk yang biasa saja. Saya gak tau apa apa tapi kena cas 200k. Semoga dapat balasan, saya sampe kapanpun gak ikhlas 😊.

7th floor, room 705. The service is good, it's just that around 11pm to 3am, the guests in the next room were very noisy and very disturbing, repeatedly pushing things around and throwing things at the wall of the room I was in. This second experience was not good, but the first experience was very comfortable, and the second experience was a bit disturbed by guests in the next room.

At first it was nice to stay here, the longer the more there were, the rooms had lots of animals, we didn't complain. The rooms are not clean, we don't complain. The sheets got hit with scouring oil and were fined 100 thousand. If you want to enter, it's better to take a photo of the room and so on. Afraid of being pranked like me.

Don't like the front office service. The room has no mat, dirty towels.

The hotel is noisy from 4-8 pm the sound of banging from above.

The rooms are okay, only in the sharing bathroom, no soap.

Clean and quiet so it's comfortable to stay at I & M.

Proses cek in+cek outnya lama menurut saya itu ribet dan harus nunggu lumayan lama, jikalau cape banget kayaknya ga bisa cepet-cepet dan saya sebelumnya sudah memesan kamar yang free smoking tapi pas di lobby ditanya kembali sma pegawai apkah mau diganti dengan non smoking lalu saya jawab iya mas saya pesen yang smoking bisa merokok dalam kamar itu karena saya sudah capek jadi asal jawab ya kirain beneran kamar free smoking tapi setelah msuk kamar saya kaget ada tulisan non smoking, loh disitu saya baru sadar tapi yasudahlah karena memang saya butuh tempat istrahat akhirnya saya lanjutkan, mohon maaf para tamu juga itu mungkin dateng ke hotel dalam keadaan cape jadi ga bisa fokus contohnya ya seperti saya. Tapi tetep saya lanjutkan dan ga ganti kamar lagi.

Kamar kurang bersih. Kamar mandi berbau kurang enak.

Tempat strategis, dan kebersihannya terjaga staff nya juga ramah thank you.

Pertama kali menginap di sini banyak pengalaman kurang enak dan sangat mengecewakan saat check out dituduh ada noda baru terkena tumpahan minuman dan berbagai alasan yang tidak masuk akal. Sudah jelas bahwa noda tersebut noda lama tidak bau tidak basah. Padahal di sheet tersebut juga banyak noda lainnya. Dan dikenakan charge. Tidak recommended untuk menginap di sini lagi.

The price of a standard hotel room with its class, clean room facilities + toilets are also quite complete, the food is also delicious ,, I have stayed 3 times early & the staff service is friendly, recommend the point.
