This review is subjective. The location is easy to reach, close to public facilities. The GPS mall is just a short walk away. While some people mentioned mosquitoes in the room, it turns out my room on the third floor had electric mosquito repellent. Two 500ml bottles of mineral water were also provided. Perhaps an electric kettle for making coffee would be more convenient.

The check-in and check-out process was fast and the room was ready, no need to wait.

Everything felt comfortable, the room was okay, it was just that when I was in the corridor on the 3rd floor it smelled like urine.

I stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel itself seems to be a quite old building but I had no issue or anything. The check in process was easy, the wifi was good, staff was friendly, and the room was rather big compared to the price they offer. It's not the best looking room but honestly, I didn't have any problem with it and I felt pretty comfortable during my stay. And the foods at the hotel's restaurant were also very cheap, so I decided to order nasi goreng from the hotel instead of trying to buy some food nearby. Definitely will book here again if I'll be in Cempaka Putih in the future on a tight budget.

There are mosquitoes, although not many, last night I swatted 5 mosquitoes, quite annoying.

Small water, dirty toilet, checked in after 2 pm very disappointed even though the room price was expensive and there was no breakfast.

The sheets weren't white/very dull. The towels are torn. The sink is clogged. Morat marit window curtains. I don't recommend it at 300k.

There were ants in the bed, there was no heater in the room, when I asked for hot water in the kitchen the kitchen was dirty.

Exaus bathroom not working. Don't stay here.

The rooms are spacious, the atmosphere is calm, the location is very strategic close to the Pramuka Green Mall. Needs improvement on the breakfast menu.

Many facilities are less comfortable. The air conditioner leaked, the shower handle for the shower was rather damaged. Need to pay attention!

If it rains there is rain water seepage from the window, the bed linen is dirty, the room smells musty, the breakfast is fried rice only with toast, and the rice is kmren raw rice 🥺🥺, Kurg recomended the main thing 😓😓
