adequate room size, good room cleanliness, bathroom floor in room 606 water pooled towards the door, bathroom cleanliness was good, room soundproofing was not good, elevator access was a bit troublesome if the access card was in the room, 2 elevators with 1 up and down button, one had to use a tap card, the other was free.. the rooftop restaurant was good, comfortable for relaxing in the afternoon or evening with a view of the Grand Mosque of West Sumatra, food and drink prices were relatively expensive, strategic location, friendly staff service

The hotel staff is quite friendly, the hotel is clean but there needs to be improvement in the room facilities such as the bed sheets which are quite old and torn and the sofa which is already dull.

The aesthetic design of the rooms is very comfortable for both business and leisure activities. The staff's friendliness and excellent service added to my satisfaction, especially the service from the restaurant staff which is open 24 hours on the hotel rooftop. Stayed for 2 nights on business. Some notes:
Pros
1. Strategic location
2. Good service, the receptionist was quick and friendly
3. Varied breakfast, attractive restaurant view overlooking Padang city
Cons
1. The bed was okay, the pillows were very flat. Luckily, I asked for extras and they were promptly provided.
2. The room smelled musty and damp, the walls were moldy
3. The toilet smelled of urine
Could be better. Overall, it was my first time in Padang, but it was okay. Thank you.
