A great hotel for transit due to its peaceful atmosphere. Those tired from touring or long journeys will find it a good place to stay.

The best hotel in Situbondo, as there aren't many options. I stayed here because it was late and I didn't regret it. It was clean, comfortable, and the bed was excellent. Even though it's inside a school, the staff are professional.

Great customer service by the students (Fillah, Fery, Alexa & Tia) who run the hotel operation (Reservation/FO, F&B, and House Keeping). We were delighted and happy during our overnight stay due to the willingness and hard work from the students to provide the best service for the guests. Just cleanliness of the room needs lots of improvement also the equipment in the room need replacement as they are old, dirty and broken. Overall, we had a nice overnight stay and even made friends with those students who served us. One thing I suggest to the Hotel Manager/teachers to provide a basic and thorough education and supervise the students during their work experience so they can do their job properly especially in the housekeeping and maintenance department. The parking is okay, the car is protected from heat and rain, there is a canopy that covers the car even though the facilities are only enough for 5 vehicles. The view in the window is minimal, because the hotel is only 1 level (maybe I got it on the lower floor). The air conditioner looks a little less routinely maintained, we feel the air is less cool and less cold. The boxed rice breakfast was delivered to the room, it tasted good. Compared to other hotels, this hotel is safe for children.

The location coincides with the school area. Parking has a roof. 1 floor hotel. The staff is very friendly. The unit is spacious and clean.

The bathroom shower water is sticking out everywhere, the bathroom door is also very noisy, at night there is no prohibition from the hotel for guests (small children) who are noisy in the room corridor. Good breakfast, can be brought to the room. We wish you continued success, Edhotel.

The breakfast is really extra. The air conditioner is cold, the towels are clean, the bathroom is clean, the staff is friendly. There are not so many hotel options in Situbondo. When you check the lotus hotel, believe me, you don't have to search anymore. Here, please. The wifi is great!

Nice rooms, clean, friendly service, delicious breakfast (for the tastes of out-of-town people) and on time according to request even though it was in a box (maybe because of the pandemic).

Everything is quite satisfying, from the check-in to check-out process. It's just that the shower in the bathroom is broken, making it difficult to make a shower. Everything else is okay.
