During our sleep, our whole family was itchy because the mattress looked like it hadn't been changed and there was still a lot of sea sand, the child cried from itching in the middle of the night until dawn, facilities like a water heater were missing, when we checked the glasses they were still oily 😐🫤

The room is just ordinary, the price is expensive, breakfast time is also short and you have to ration the food... is this how a hotel is?

The location is close to the beach, the parking lot is spacious, the swimming pool is also clean, there are lots of places for children to play, the service is friendly, the rooms are quite spacious, just a suggestion for the bed is not max, hopefully in the future it will be better, thxs for the hotel service

The staff was friendly. I got nice service. They washed my car in the morning, it's free. I'm so impressed with that. I've got a room that has a broken door, I can't be locked. So, I moved to another room with a broken window. And both of the rooms had a bad smell, maybe caused by the AC. I think the management must control and fix the rooms so your customers will be secured and satisfied with the hotel.
