Bilik 103, water heater tidak berfungsi dengan baik.

old mattresses and iron on the edges are torn off and dangerous, the tv has no remote, the floor smells musty, the smell of clorox is mixed. the towels are very very shabby, sheets and more. especially the door is hard to close because it's hard. hopefully in the future you can upgrade or improve the room and also customer service.
