Suggestions for improvement: Energy saver, toilet paper dispenser, water drain needs to be checked regularly, TV is problematic, bed cover is not clean/has stains, no doormat (housekeeping has helped), 2 guests only get 1 mineral water. The rest is safe.

The hotel is cheap, but the facilities are quite good, including cool air conditioning.

The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The standard rooms are also good quality, with clean bathrooms and hot/cold water heaters. The air conditioning is cool and the TV channels are excellent. The hotel is also strategically located near Losari Beach, Pasar Sentral shopping center, and Butung Market. If you're in Makassar, you might want to stay here again; it's quite affordable and definitely not cheap.

It's really nice, very close to Panlos. The rooms are spacious, the air conditioning is always cool, and the staff is very friendly. It's totally worth it for this price!

The service was friendly, but some of the facilities needed some maintenance. The bathroom door and toilet hose were leaking a bit in room 406. The bathroom drain in room 402 was a bit clogged. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Writing this while sweating because the room is hot 😢 Woke up at 3am with a pillow soaked in sweat and luckily I brought a fan in the car so I could sleep. It's a hotel but guests bring their own fans 🥲
