bad management, I slept in the lobby

What kind of lodging ... when the custamer was ordered ... then also not served well. Until I don't stay

My experience here is that the order starts at 8:00 a.m. and I can only check in at 2:00 p.m. in, I just wanted to cancel it because I waited all day but because I couldn't refund it, I had to be forced to do it, and even then I had to wait again, at 9:00 I could just check in, until the apartment room asked for another 400 thousand deposit 🙈 Geez, already tired of waiting all day still have to be charged money deposit even though from the beginning the order application was said to be free of deposit money. Okay, finally finally canceled and agreed to pay the apartment with a price of 580 thousand ah Good luck for those who have an apartment. Next, the service is accelerated, don't make people wait all day so rich, it's a mess of my vacation schedule in Jakarta, even though it's far from Bandung. Fix really sorry order here 🙏 Oh yeah the room is small, dirty, the wallpaper has been damaged, it erupts, the stove is dirty, the gas doesn't run out, the gallon is deliberately emptied!

The room key was broken, I had to buy the gas out myself.

The place is strategic and close to Ancol, looking for easy food, and the officers are friendly, but there is a lack, namely the pool facilities are not maintained because the water is dirty, it is a pity, thank you.

Good location, nice place, no cafe/food court inside apartment, tidy, clean enough, staffs are polite and kind.

Receptionist less active and unhelpful. Lobby uncomfortable. Luckily it paid off with a pretty satisfying room condition.
