The room is not comfortable 😒

My family had a great stay at the hotel with accommodating staff. The room is clean.

Rude and unprofessional staff!

The staff is rude and very unprofessional. We gave them instructions the night before that we will be transferring to another room after our check out and when they called the morning after, they told us that they don't have any available room yet. And that there was no endorsement given to them and the staff is still on break at 9am ! I kindly asked if they can have a room prepped for us as we will be leaving for an event at 10am the lady raised her voice and said "wala lagi available nga room". She's done this twice already yesterday on our check in and today during our call through the intercom. Such a rude staff with no proper customer's relation training. ! We weren't even given any tissues or glasses and I had to call them to give us some and gave us a used tissue roll ! 😡😤
