Dissapointed! I already there at 15.00 but nobody there. I don't know they are closed or the staff go out. I already called the hotel, the phone was ringing in receptionist but nobody! I'm wait about 1hour but nobody come. The people beside this cottage told to me nobody comes since morning. I spend 3 hour for go to the hotel but I got nothing!

The hotel is quite comfortable in the Ubud area. Friendly receptionist and very open with guests. There is a swimming pool that can make guests comfortable and pleasant.
