For the first time in my life, book in front of the room but not in the room, there is no room :))))) 1 experience of remembering life, just like homelessness begging for accommodation :)))) we book 2 nights of bumbum hostel, confirmed and exported booking. We came before "hotel" (!!!) at 23:50, and of course before that it was clearly stated in the special request when the book was late checkin at 23h45. Arriving, it was really strange because the bumbum hostel table was just a tiny light board, and the big sign like the one on the app, it didn't. Instead of the sunny name table (?!), It just started from here: the inspector is "big" and says that the room is out, calling other staff, they don't know anything about our booking, and seems to know nothing about the agent too :))))) then they said that because I checked in late, the hotel let others sleep too nghỉ (oh my god ....!)))) We are "hard", so they said that maybe the morning part-time staff did not get the booking information, we got the guest in our VIP room too (?!?!?!). Now they will ask someone to drive us to another hotel in the same system, but quite far away. Ask the hotel what my name is for me to check on the internet, the staff said, "I'm not sure, let me call you again!" (Oh yeah?!?!?!) I and you go with stress and don't satisfied with such treatment. So they had to put it another way, to sneak a single room of a monthly tenant, who was returning home a few more days to return, let us sleep for the first night, and the room the next night when we checked out put .... Open the room and see, oh, very bad. Everything is very boring. Narrow like nostrils, moldy and quilts ... there are fire ants !!!! Where to pull, ants fire there ... So we went to search website immediately to call another hotel, because we really couldn't stay here anymore. Sometimes thought desperately because of nearly 10 full places, but it was really good or not, and we called the hotel very good quality, only 1 room right. Although the price is more expensive ... 3 times, but totally worth it. I don't understand how to manage the booking of this hotel, but it is horrible when the customer has booked it. When I arrive, my room is "busy". have not received. And everything is really not-as-a-picture. Bad. Terrible disappointment.
