Overall it's okay, the location is also strategic, close to the office and event venue, only the swimming pool is not suitable for children.

Hotel staff are friendly, helpful at check in.

Hot water is not on. Access to the basement door is closed. If you want to go to the basement, you have to go up the stairs because there are few guests.

all good. for this time I have some comments: I was given a towel for refreshment when checking in, maybe it can be conditioned according to the weather (when it's hot a cold towel and when it rains a warm towel). 2x staying at js luwansa I always get a cupboard that is not proper (cannot be closed tightly and opens by itself after being closed / cannot be closed). for this stay I did not get room slippers, have requested by phone but never came. breakfast this time is less varied. restaurant service is very good. please fix the shortcomings. thank you for your room availability on a rainy day

The hotel access is very strategic because it is located in the city center, check in is quite fast and the staff are friendly especially when going to breakfast. Got a room on the 14th floor, with a view of the Rasuna LRT station said. That was a remarkable view, I'll never forget it 👍

It was a pleasant stay at the JS Luwansa hotel, the staff were friendly, you could ask for a 30-minute late check out because of the Dzuhur prayer first. The food at breakfast was also very varied from western, asian, traditional food, and delicious. There was a complaint because someone sneezed on the bread and it was immediately replaced. Good, maybe I'll come again next time.

quick check in & out. friendly staff. security is also friendly, improvement in the friendliness of the entrance security (previously not friendly so I was reluctant to return to this hotel). in room dining is also good and still available at 11 pm. clean hotel room & lobby. breakfast is varied & tastes good. will definitely be back again

I had a pleasant 2N stay; I liked my room so much, last minute I extended for an extra night. The bedsheets, pillowcases, towels are all impecable. AC worked properly, no weird smell in the bathroom. Room is big with Rasuna Said street view.

Happy to have a staycation at JS Luwansa Hotel. My Complimentary Honeymoon was granted. Wow, I'm really happy. The staff are nice, the rooms are comfortable and the food is delicious. Hopefully I can come back again another time. Thank you JS Luwansa Hotel.

The service for deposit notification is not quite right. Open with credit card cannot be void, but must check it yourself on the credit card. FO is not informative.
