I always love the friendly service at JS Luwansa. The entire hotel staff is friendly and helpful, from the parking attendants, security, bellboys, concierge, front office, receptionist, and housekeeping, everyone is very helpful and friendly. Yesterday, the Duty Manager helped me check in and Mr. Fahri helped me check out. Thank you, JS Luwansa, the best place for me and my family to vacation. 🙏🏻

This is our second stay at this hotel, and once again, we truly enjoyed our experience. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The atmosphere was comfortable and relaxing, perfect for a getaway. The food was also excellent, with a variety of delicious menu options that we really enjoyed. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service, good food, and a pleasant stay.

Two weeks for work and everything [is] great.

The experience was superb, previously reading reviews on gmaps there were some who said some of the staff were rude, so I was a bit scared. But after staying 3 days and 2 nights yesterday, everyone was super friendly, from the security guard at the front, doorman, receptionist, server in the dining room, housekeeping, everyone was super duper friendly and full of smiles. The food was varied and delicious, the server in the dining room was very accommodating and helpful if you needed customized drinks or food. The location is very strategic, near the hotel there is a plaza with many places to eat, so finding lunch and dinner was not difficult, so a plus point for this hotel. Definitely a great experience staying here

Luwansa has the best service. I stayed at Luwansa for 2 days and the staff had the best attitude. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent, even offering takeaway coffee at the restaurant. This will be my favorite staycation spot😘

easy access from parking lot to lobby. fast check in & check out. easy access to hotel. close to several malls. complete amenities. this time got a closet that can be closed tightly, but noisy when opening and closing. all staff are friendly. next time I'll try the 24 hour stay. thank you

Very easy to access even by using public transportation because it is close to the Rasuna Said LRT station and Transjakarta bus stop. Very friendly service, clean rooms, good ambience, delicious and quite varied breakfast

Overall it's okay, the location is also strategic, close to the office and event venue, only the swimming pool is not suitable for children.

Hot water is not on. Access to the basement door is closed. If you want to go to the basement, you have to go up the stairs because there are few guests.

all good. for this time I have some comments: I was given a towel for refreshment when checking in, maybe it can be conditioned according to the weather (when it's hot a cold towel and when it rains a warm towel). 2x staying at js luwansa I always get a cupboard that is not proper (cannot be closed tightly and opens by itself after being closed / cannot be closed). for this stay I did not get room slippers, have requested by phone but never came. breakfast this time is less varied. restaurant service is very good. please fix the shortcomings. thank you for your room availability on a rainy day
