Great hotel... Friendly staff, cool rooms with carpets. Nice swimming pool, dispensers provided in the corridor. Convenient parking. Around the hotel there are lots of delicious food and snacks, minimarkets are also close. Overall, this hotel is really great👍👍👍👍👍

Comfortable cheap hotel for family

I stayed 2 hrs at this hotel. The facilities are ok, the hotel is quite clean, the view is ok. The location is strategic. It's just very unfortunate. for the room ceiling. on the last day (night) there was a rat coming out of the room ceiling. Hopefully this incident will not happen again. and the power outlet in the room is about to come off. It's dangerous to get electrocuted. Please be aware. Thank you

Alhamdulillah, I have stayed at this hotel twice, the atmosphere is very comfortable and calm, the carpet makes it comfortable to pray, it is clean, it is also comfortable to sit, and all the staff are friendly and kind... hopefully it will be a blessing for the hotel and all the staff 🤲🏻😊

1. The staff is very friendly, even the security is friendly 2. It's perfect to get a room right in front of the view, it's good 3. Close to the highway, so it's easy to find food 4. There is a dispenser in every hallway 5. The water heater is still working

roadside location and comfortable

Alhamdulillah, I really like the hotel service, so far it's worth it, the plus points are; - the staff are friendly and family-like, the security guards are also helpful 👍 - there is a water dispenser in each hallway, it really helps minimize expenses 👍 - I booked 2 rooms, got them on the 1st and 2nd floors. both rooms are equally comfortable. on the first floor there is a direct view of the pool, my child really likes to jump straight into the pool 🤭, and the 2nd floor is quiet, it's perfect for resting.. - the check-out time is different from other hotels, I rarely find a hotel that allows check-out at 13.00 👍 Alhamdulillah, I was able to pray dzuhur first before checking out. cool, please maintain the check-out time.. I checked out comfortably and wasn't rushed 😇🥰 but there are a few shortcomings, including: 1. a little less clean, on the 1st floor there are lots of black ants walking around on the door. maybe this can be a concern, if I'm not too disturbing, but I don't know about other guests... 2. lack of maintenance, the iron sink is rusty, the railing on the 2nd floor balcony is also corroded.. but maybe because of limited human resources too... hopefully the Lembah Hijau Hotel will continue to advance and develop. the point is that the shortcomings can still be covered by the plus points which among other hotels rarely have that.. next, God willing, I will stay again at the Lembah Hijau Cipanas Hotel. 🥰👍

There are lots of ants in the room. The app says you are not allowed to bring animals. When you arrive at the next room, the room you brought animals into comes into the room. Early in the morning, you wake up and it is noisy. People swimming are not hotel residents but people from outside the hotel. They don't have hotel slippers.

It's good, but there aren't enough power outlets, if possible, there could be power outlets near the bed, the rest is good.

The hotel is very nice, only the swimming pool seems not to be cleaned regularly. The food there is cheap, the price of accommodation is cheap, the room is clean, comfortable with a balcony. But the sound of the room next door is very audible, not soundproof.

(+) the price is cheap, the facilities are okay, the staff is friendly, dispensers are available in the hallway, the swimming pool is clean, it's easy to find food because it's on the side of the road. (-) Wi-Fi doesn't work until the new room is tight on the balcony, the TV channel is only 3..😁 because the room is carpeted so it's a bit dusty, the location is a bit far from the top of the pass.. continued success..

Sis, please pay attention to the cleanliness of the room, the room is still dusty and can the curtains be replaced to make them light-proof or not. The room feels really hot in the morning.
