I have traveled with 4 people and It was a great experience, the location is near to all place that we want to go, easy to reach, cozy, and the host is very helpful and kind ms. Ann. The hostess is very friendly. The interior of the room is relatively comfortable. When we ordered the food to ship but there was no bowl, she still happily lent the bowl and other cute things. Will definitely come back.

I booked a family room with 2 double beds 4 people. I booked an extra bed for an extra person and got an extra fee but the hotel did not have an extra bed and said it was an extra charge. In short: book 2 double beds and 1 extra bed for 5 people but the hotel only provides small rooms with 2 double beds for 5 people.

Why did you choose drom room when less than 100k did you have a room for your family? Hanoi SGH Hotel is a great choice that you should not ignore. I have some feelings about the hotel as follows 1. Good location! In the street, near the lake, near delicious restaurants 2. Good service attitude 3. Good quality beds, pillows, bringing deep sleep 4. Strong Wifi Point except for hotels without elevators (but due to housing in The old town is quite easy to understand) the staircase is going up a bit high, so it can be difficult to go if it is on a high floor. Overall pretty good for cheap range

Clean rooms are reasonably priced, location is right on walking street. However, the room or the room closed, so most people only check in at the specified time.
