Check-in was delayed past 2 p.m., and there was no soap or shampoo in the bathroom until check-out. Noise from outside was also audible, even though the room was at the very end, near the emergency stairs.

Its strategic location, close to the city center, makes the hotel very convenient. It's quiet, offering a peaceful atmosphere, with no traffic noise. The hotel staff (front desk, security, and housekeeping) are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and well-equipped with excellent amenities. It would be a good choice to stay again if in Jakarta.

The hotel rooms and cleanliness are quite good, only the road access and environment are not so good for the metropolitan area of Jakarta, which is relatively quiet and peaceful but sometimes it is a bit noisy when the train passes because the hotel is located near the train tracks.

It was an okay stay for the price other than that you can hear everything outside (music from rooftop event, moving furnitures/guests dropped stuffs in other rooms, closing doors etc).
