Changing a twin bed to a double bed costs money...a new experience...usually in other hotels I've booked, I've never been charged because the room type is still the same.

The bed sheet is itchy as if it hadn't been washed.

Fast receptionist during check-in process. Comfortable minimalist room. Easy and close access to culinary spots.

The service is satisfactory, parking is quite spacious, close to food locations and convenience stores.

The room is very clean, comfortable, fragrant, the staff are friendly, the only minus is the motorbike parking facility, there should be a shaded area so that you don't get too hot or wet from the rain.

Good place to stay in Majalengka. It has many rooms. The rooms are quite spacious and the toilets are clean. The kids' playground is good for the kids to minimize their screen time. Overall, we enjoyed our stay there.

Hopefully, the room cleanliness can be improved, and the food can be better. The rice was still raw and undercooked, and some of the menu items were missing items.

bathroom shower no. 106 is broken

Because it was the weekend and there happened to be family guests in the room next door, it was noisy. The sound of footsteps, suitcases, and footsteps from upstairs was also quite disturbing. The internet was very bad in room 101.
