Thank God, both the reception staff and the room service staff were very kind. Especially the room service gentlemen, I noticed that even though all the room service staff were old, they were all very quick in their duties. I took the Rinjani Superior room, thank God, the environment was nice, right in front of the room was the garden, swimming pool & hot spring pool + playground for children. The garden was very clean. Next time I go to Puncak again, God willing, I will stay there again, as it will help the economy of the gentlemen who work there.

The timing on Rinjani is good, maybe because the buildings are newer. Yesterday I tried Bromo and found an old building, dusty, many of which were damaged, the TV was still a tube TV. I think it was enough to go there twice.

I really enjoyed staying at the Puncak Raya Hotel. There are plenty of swimming pools, including a hot tub. The price is reasonable, the villas are clean, and the staff is friendly and responsive. There's also free hot water. The only issue is the Wi-Fi.

Check-in was quick and hassle-free. The hotel grounds were comfortable. A small downside: in future, please provide accessible charging outlets in the Bromo rooms. There are some, but they're out of reach.

It didn't meet my expectations, with the room and mattress being untidy, and the lack of an electric kettle. I only visited once. Plus, there's an Indomaret, McD, and Kopi Kenangan right in front. The staff are all very friendly, gentlemen. Thank you, everyone.

This was my second visit, but in a different room. It was equally enjoyable for the Rp300,000 price tag.

Check-in and check-out times were fine. The bathroom smelled bad, and the room wasn't very clean. The hot tub was dirty.

It was very comfortable to stay here and next time I will come here again.

The hotel staff is friendly, the location is close to the main road, there is a warm water pool.

The room is nice, cool, the staff are all friendly, in short, I won't regret staying here 👍. But if possible, the room name in the app and in the place are not different, because yesterday the room name in the app and in the place was different.

It's okay. However, the rooms don't have mineral water or tea/coffee sachets.

Top-notch. A great place, plenty of space to relax, fast water, TV, and AC. There's a hot tub. Roadside location, easy to find snacks. If I go to Puncak, I'll definitely come back here.

The bedsheets and blanket were worn out. The hotel is conveniently located on the roadside. The room was spacious and clean. I checked in that night and when I arrived, the blanket/bed cover was very shabby and I asked for a replacement. They immediately replaced it. But it turned out to be the same. I was told it was no longer fit for use. The hotel asked me to please replace it, as this is very important. The price, Rp550,000, isn't cheap.

Highly recommended, family friendly.
