I booked a Semeru room for 300,000 Rupiah, but it was just a standard room. The bed was really dirty, the blanket and sheets were noisy, and the TV was mediocre. There was no tea or coffee. If you wanted hot water, you had to ask the staff. The bathroom didn't have hot water, and there was no Wi-Fi. It's just a great location for a quick night's rest. The hotel area is clean and tidy, but the old building makes the atmosphere a bit stale. There's a heated swimming pool. The staff were responsive. The bathroom was spacious and clean, but the bed and thermos were really dirty, making it uncomfortable. Maybe other types aren't like this. Because the Semeru standard room is cheap and located at the front, it's nice.

The location is near the main road, with ample parking, close to restaurants and minimarkets, two swimming pools, a playground, and a hot tub in the new building. Early check-in is possible if available. But I got an old building, the walls were dirty and had black mold. The headboard was made of wood, so the interior had been eaten away by termites, making it noisy. My building was close to the main road, so it was quite noisy with traffic. Oh yeah, no Wi-Fi.

The hotel is comfortable and clean. The swimming pool also has hot water. Everything is okay. It would be better if there was an electric kettle or a gallon dispenser in the room, because it's a bit difficult to make coffee, especially if you bring a child who is still drinking formula milk. Other than that, everything is okay.

The service was very satisfying overall, and the first impression was excellent. And what was even more amazing was that the car was cleaned by the hotel staff. A simple yet very satisfying experience.

Strategically located on the roadside, there's an ATM and an Indomaret at the hotel entrance. Pluses: - Choose a Rinjani Superior room, which feels like a hotel room. Complete with AC and a water heater. There are several room types, but not all have AC, but they do have a water heater. The Rinjani Superior has a door to the back yard that leads directly to the warm swimming pool. - The advantage of this hotel over other hotels I've stayed in is that it has a hot pool, so you can soak in it. - The restaurant menu is delicious, highly recommended. There are plenty of swimming pools. There's also a children's playground. Minuses: - No mineral water, only hot water. There's no electric kettle. So if you need hot water, you have to ask first. - There are no slippers in the room; the only toiletries are towels and soap. - The room's AC is noisy... so I often wake up. - No coffee, tea, or sugar available. - Only a few TV channels, no YouTube.

Bromo Room has a capacity of 4 adults, old building, old furniture, no toothbrush, only 1 cm soap, no tea or coffee, let alone breakfast, drinking water heater has to go down the stairs. The location is okay.

The hotel staff was very helpful and the hotel is very child-friendly. My kids were very happy. This will be our next family hotel of choice. Thank you Puncak Raya Hotel... Good good ...

The hotel staff is friendly. It's strategically located on the main road of Puncak, close to Indomaret and ATMs. Although the room was dated, it was very clean. The hot water worked well. There's a heated swimming pool, a children's pool, an adult pool, and a children's play area. Thank you.
