Friendly staff, clean environment, ok service, cheap food.

Clean place, comfortable rooms, and good and friendly service.

It was fine except the blanket on the first night had a bit of a musty smell, but it was brought to the attention of the hotel. The next night was fine.

Forgot to take a picture of the room, book a room on the 2nd floor. - The bathroom is inside + there is a sink & the water is clean and flowing 24 hours non-stop, and there is also hot water for bathing. - Paid snacks are available in the room if you are too lazy to look for snacks outside, there are free tissue boxes, free aqua and an electric kettle. - There is a prayer mat in the room. Minus: The spray looks like it hasn't been replaced. There is also a public prayer room, which is quite comfortable with a clean environment and abundant ablution water. Minus: The room temperature is a bit hot, there is no fan / AC. The lobby is clean, the staff are diligent in cleaning the lobby area. The security guard is good at helping direct / giving information about the ordered grab & is friendly, the receptionist is friendly & polite Near the Taliwang chicken cafe to the right of the hotel, across the street there is an ATM machine (if I'm not mistaken BNI), there is also a minimarket (if I'm not mistaken Alfamart). It's just that if you book via the app you can't top up the room if it's past check out time. Please really improve the room service, such as changing the spray every time you change the room, please change it 🙏🏻

Have stayed at this hotel twice, always satisfying., the service provided is good, the room is cleaned every day. When there is a complaint or problem, it is immediately handled. The AC died in the middle of the night, the staff was on standby so it was immediately handled.

The staff is friendly, the service is fast and not complicated, the room is comfortable, only the sheets are a bit yellow in color and the bathroom when you first enter smells a bit of a drain. But overall it's good, comfortable, the room facilities work properly. Close to places to eat and minimarkets, easy to access and find transportation

the staff is friendly. the receptionist is open 24 hours.. the security guard is also alert. the cleaning service is really great.. friendly and honest, the room is cleaned every morning. toiletries, tea and coffee are replaced every morning. recommendations if you want to go to a hotel in Palembang

Stayed at Bina Darma because there was a CPNS test and the distance was very close. When I first searched, I was immediately sure because I saw the reviews and the shape of the room. Because I brought a baby, I chose the Family Suites room. The room is spacious and quite complete, there is an electric kettle, prayer mat and prayer beads, amenities, mini bar. The only thing missing is a refrigerator and laundry. Everything was ok but the hot water is not very hot and you have to wait for it to get warm. The type of shower is attached above so it's a bit of a hassle if you want to bathe the baby. The wifi also sometimes disconnects, but there are many wifi options. The staff is super friendly and yesterday you could leave baby food in the refrigerator. Close to Superindo and other public facilities

The hotel staff is friendly, but unfortunately the toilet smells really bad. The window glass is also dirty to look out.
