The owner is very friendly and lovely. However, the room is not soundproof. People opening and closing the entrance door are very noisy. Our plane was delayed for a few hours, thus we cannot come at 10:00PM, and landed at 1:00AM instead. Tried to call the hotel to ask if we can check in at that time. They say the front office close at 11:00PM, and offer no solution. Quite rude and say we should complain to travel agent instead of bothering them. I was traveling with my little daughter, and no way I will let us stranded at midnight with her. I decided to go to another hotel. As it is last minute cancellation, we expect no refund and try to claim the travel insurance instead. Will never book there again... such disappointed experience.
