The AC isn't cold at all, it's like a fan. Disappointing.

Rating should be downgraded to 1 star. Basic cleanliness is non-existent. Towels are dirty, “grayish” color, I had to use my own towels just so I can take a shower. Same conditions also applied to the bedspread and bed cover, they looked unclean & wrinkled, with brownish spots on them. No toilet tissue, no coffee maker, no mineral water, no electric water heater, no tissue. Floor is dusty, table tops, too. Bathroom is dirty. I had to spend 2 nights here out of necessity, and there was no housekeeping done to my room on the 2nd day. The only decent thing from this hotel is its location, as it’s quite easily accessible. Even so, it’s positioned too close to the busy road, so traffic noise is a constant problem. Conclusion: it was a terrible experience.

Service: The hotel receptionist was friendly, and the check-in/check-out process was easy and fast. There's a 50,000 Rupiah deposit, or you can leave your ID card or driver's license at check-in, which will be returned upon check-out. Location: I found the location strategic because the hotel is located on a main road, making it easy to find. It's close to the Antasari or Kemang areas, and it's also quite close to the MRT station. There's a minimarket and food stalls nearby, making it easy to grab a bite to eat or buy groceries. Overall, I was quite satisfied with my stay at this hotel 👍.

The hotel staff is very nice, masyaallah. The place is comfortable, close to everywhere, there is even a laundry very close. Overall, it was a great stay here for one week. Thank you very much Residence 12, especially to the hotel staff, the best service. A message for guests who stay, please keep it clean and do not dirty the sheets, chairs, even tables or facilities available in the room, so we must respect each other, feel sorry for the staff too, the sheets are stained because of the guests' filth.
