The atmosphere is comfortable, and my room directly overlooks the beach. The gentle slope makes it safe for playing on the beach. It was a very relaxing stay. If I ever visit Belitung again, I'll definitely stay here again.

In my opinion, the restaurant staff is a little discriminatory towards local people. For example, our bf was not assisted or offered coffee and tea, unlike foreign guests.

It was a pleasure to be here with a large family for a school holiday. We were traveling with an elderly person in a wheelchair. The hotel staff was friendly and helped us get the rooms we wanted, close to each other, and prioritized senior rooms.

The hotel staff is friendly, the food is delicious & varied, the hotel is nice, unfortunately there is no iron in the room because Santika always has them in other cities that I have stayed in😅 For those looking for a quiet hotel, with private beach access, it could be an option, but this is a bit far from the city, about 20 minutes.

Quiet, overall clean, the pool in the lagoon is a bit dirty, the restaurant menu is ok and tasty, the variety is also quite good. For those who like quiet locations but want a "building" hotel, this might be suitable.

I was disappointed because I was given a room on the right wing which seemed to be rarely used so from the first time I entered it already smelled musty, the floor was really dirty, everything felt dusty. But because I checked in quite late after walking around, tired, I immediately took a shower and planned to go straight to bed. So I felt really lazy to move rooms.. called the receptionist to ask to clean the room tomorrow morning, after cleaning it turned out the musty smell was still there. Maybe because the position of the room was not exposed to the morning sun so it was damp. I was quite disappointed because I came with 3 other families and it turned out they all got rooms on the left wing, which when they entered the room was clean, the air conditioner was on, and even had a sunrise view

Service excellence! We asked for pick up from Tanjung Kelayang beach, they came very quickly. Asked for breakfast 10 minutes earlier, everything was ready at 5.50, Asked for help with leftover items after checkout, also very fast response. The service here is extraordinary, excellent

staying here is very comfortable. the hotel is directly to the sandy beach. the room atmosphere is also comfortable, clean. the food is all delicious and varied. the staff is friendly... if you go to Belitung, it is recommended to stay here 👍🤩
