There is construction going on near the hotel, so the noise and vibration of the machines can be heard all day.

Upon check-in, there was sweat stink on bedsheet/pillowcase and towel in the room. Pantry area also stinks bad. Room was a bit dirty.

I love spacious room..nice bed..everything bout the room is great...but too bad I can clearly heard people snooring from my room..its not sound proof..i cant sleep guys 😪

This hotel is perfect for a short working trip. We need to meet in UNIMAS, so the location is perfect - just MYR5 for a Grab ride to UNIMAS. The family room can accommodate our quite sizable team comfortably.

Staff at the front desk are less friendly. Not like the other hotel. Door room and bathroom door are not repaired (stuck and noisy when closed). Not soundproof.

Booked this room for my mum. She said it was ok. This hotel actually has lift which is not stated in the hotel description. There are Malay foods and KFC nearby.
