It was very memorable to stay for 4 days at the Triiz Semarang hotel, since we arrived until check in the room, everything was well served, all the employees from the front desk, security, restaurant, all the management were good and communicative, all our wishes were served very well, the catering and restaurant food was delicious, the hotel location was strategic from all our match venues and close to complete culinary, basically close to everywhere, oh yes, you know, in the afternoon until MLM there is karaoke culinary, it is really refreshing. thank you for the service, God willing, hopefully we can still stay again and collaborate on the next events 🙏🤗🥰

The hotel is close to the city center but far from the airport 😁 The food is delicious.. the room is clean and the bathroom is also clean, only the water is a little stagnant on the bathroom floor.. the staff is friendly and helpful 🙏👍😁 but the window view is not good, the environment is not good.... but everything is OK 👍🙏😁

I booked two connecting rooms, 101 and 103. This was my second stay. The entire hotel staff was friendly and polite, the security was also friendly and helpful, and the room was clean.

I've stayed at this hotel twice, the first time was fine. The second time was terrible. Check-in was at 2:00 PM, but the room wasn't ready WITHOUT any notification. We had to follow up again at 4:00 PM, and it was ready WITHOUT any apology or compensation. If it's NOT ready, and there's an event, it's best to just block it, DON'T let the customer down. Early check-in adds a fee, right? LATE CHECK-IN because the hotel isn't ready, what do we get?
