The rooftop is very peaceful, especially at dawn it's wonderful...After swimming in the pool, go down to the 1st floor for a delicious breakfast buffet...!!

The receptionist is super enthusiastic in consulting and helping customers. The room is clean, the security guard is enthusiastic.

2nd time here and everything is still great and just keeps getting better

The receptionist seemed to not care much about the customers because during my stay I could not use the wifi in the room and I reported it to the receptionist, the receptionist reported the maintenance staff to check and confirmed that the wifi was working normally even though my girlfriend and I showed the maintenance staff that our phones could not connect. The room space is true to the picture but the equipment in the hotel is very poor, the chairs in the room have stains that seem to be from a long time ago and on the armrest there are many eyelid stickers still stuck on it, it seems that the housekeeping department did not clean the room thoroughly when cleaning the room. And on the second day, 2 housekeeping staff came to our room to ask if the room was cleaned, the young housekeeping staff had a very unpleasant attitude when I reported that we did not need to clean the room at the moment, while the older housekeeping staff was very happy with me when I reported that and even gave us 2 bottles of water. The floor in the room felt very sticky and after walking barefoot in the room my feet were dirty. The buffet at the restaurant was good, rich and varied

The hotel doesn't even have a place to park motorbikes. The staff just looked and then went in without any help parking or getting in. They left the guests standing outside!

My family has stayed here since December 14, 2024. I am very satisfied and like it. The hotel is clean. The receptionist is kind and very friendly. The view is beautiful. The breakfast is delicious. Thank you. If I have the opportunity to go to NT again, I will still choose Melisa hotel to stay again.

The hotel is not clean. The slippers in the room are not new, the toilet and walls have stains, the towels are lint. The room and interior are old, different from the pictures on Traveloka. The staff gives inaccurate instructions, causing customers to spend unnecessary money. Will not come back here.

Everything here is fine except there is no portable shower, it is fixed up high. We have children at home so it is a bit inconvenient.

I've stayed in a lot of hotels, the Marriott Bonvoy hotel chain, a lot of hotels right on Tran Phu street, and many other high-end hotels, but no one charges for laundry because guests get their dyed hair stained. I tried renting a room at Melissa because I saw a lot of seeding on TikTok. I booked a room on Traveloka for only 700k, but was charged an additional 200k for laundry to remove the bleached hair color on the towel and swimsuit? but put that in the washing machine and wash it one at a time, I dye my hair every month, getting dye on the towel is very normal, not serious enough to not wash it, put it in the washing machine and it's clean right away + in addition, this hotel definitely has customers swimming in the sea, getting dirty on the towel is very normal, the service is too bad, the breakfast buffet is bad, my room was 3 people after eating all 3 had stomachaches. I saw a lot of scandals on tiktok but still stupidly jumped in, so please be careful so you don't end up like me!
