The staff were helpful, the rooms were clean, and the train station was conveniently located. The lower floors are close to the main road, so they can be a bit noisy; I recommend choosing higher floors. I stayed on the 3rd floor.

Great location. BTS just in front of the hotel. Malls are within walking distance.

The room is beautiful, spacious, and clean. The staff is friendly. It's convenient for traveling. It's near Siam and MBK, and the BTS. You can take a leisurely walk at night safely because it's near the hotel.

This is my favorite hotel in Bangkok because of its strategic location. The hotel is right in front of the BTS National Stadium. We can walk to the main malls in BKK such as Siam Paragon, and so on. Because I stay here every time I go to BKK, the hotel staff already know me and they are very friendly. This hotel may be a 3-star hotel but it is clean and comfortable. One criticism I have is that there is only 1 elevator in this hotel. So sometimes going up and down takes a long time waiting for the elevator.

Pros: Loved the location of this hotel, near with bts national Stadium, MBK and 7/11. The receptionist was nice and polite. Cons: The bathroom n room was smaller than i thought.

Every thing is good, only the AC had some problems while our stay.

The location is good, right in front of the national stadium steps. The room is quite clean and cool l. The amenities are complete. Easy check in and check out.

So happy we ended up booking our stay at Kritthai Residence after reviewing so many hotel options. Location is perfect! Easy access to public transport, not too far from the shopping centres but still not too crowded/noisy. Room is not too big but enough space for 3 of us. Comfortable bed, good hot water pressure, and have all the necessities we need. Ern and the front office team are very friendly too. The lobby itself is very comfortable and they provide refreshing welcome drinks to cool us down after a full shopping day 😁.

The room is exactly like the picture, clean and comfortable, right at the National Stadium BTS station, easy to move, easy to catch a Taxi, enthusiastic hotel staff.

The stairs to BTS National Stadium are right in front of the hotel. Helpful hotel staff. Walk to MBK, Sevel, Lotus Supermarket (500 m).

Room is spacious, clean and good decored. But the toilet bowl has a bit problem with the water, water runs sometimes from there. It ' s really inconvenient. And the bath tub is a little big. Somehow this hotel is still in recommend.

Clean and decent hotel at a convenient location. Water pressure in the shower comparably lower as compared to other hotels in the vicinity but for the price paid, I have no complaints. Will highly recommend if you are looking for a wallet-friendly and convenient place to stay!
