The hotel staff is friendly, the service is good, you can order food directly because there is a restaurant in front of it, access and transportation which is close to the university is also easy, it is recommended to stop by and spend the night here👍🏻

Comfortable place, quite cozy, friendly staff, kind and very helpful. no hassle when checking in or checking out, clean room, strong bathroom water and water heater available, location is also close to tourist attractions and places to eat, suggestion can be added public pantry to heat food in microwave, next will come here again if play in Bengkulu

The staff is very friendly and kind when we checked out late, it's okay. The room is clean and spacious, the bathroom is clean with hot water, the breakfast is safe, basically if you bring family, it's recommended for those looking for a low budget hehe

There were no towels provided, when I asked the hotel staff for them the towels were still wet after being washed, ha ha ha.

I suddenly arrived in Bengkulu at 6 am, asked the receptionist if they could leave my bag in the lobby while I waited elsewhere. It turned out that I was allowed to check in immediately and could rest. The staff is friendly and the rooms meet expectations.

The water is dead, and there is no solution from the staff.

This is the 2nd time staying at Arya. This time I got room 102. Room according to price. The air conditioner isn't cold enough but after a while it's fine. The sink leaked so it couldn't be used and the water was a little stagnant. The only amenities are soap and 2 bottles of drinking water. But overall, it's good for a break.
