overall ok, just the receptionist is not very friendly. my experience extending on the second day the key had not been tapped and I had gone upstairs in front of the room, coincidentally I was on the top floor, I had to go back down to the lobby and at that time the receptionist did not even say sorry because the room had not been tapped.
not wanting to be respected but service is very important anywhere.

very strategic location, where is it close, in my opinion what needs to be improved is the service.
wherever I go on vacation, all the receptionists always greet me and are friendly, this time no one greeted me at all. except for the security guard.

The staff is friendly, the check-in process is very fast without waiting, the room is very spacious, the bed and sofa are also comfortable, only the TV picture is not clear but it's not a problem, the breakfast also has quite a lot of variations and the taste is okay, thank you.
