Appreciate the front office personnel given a ginger bread gift for customers whom check in however they request to fill up the details in email address and phone number (front office data information) which l told them l had check in before last month and why cannot detect my personal details. Was disappointment with the room no 2303 given, surprisingly was small, no lounge/lazy chair, mini bar was lock, call and request to open and room personal empty the mini bar and was informed that this room supposed for tour group's and the bedside light was blinking. The 1st time am staying last month room no 2523 was awesome, superb room, no complaints, everything in order, 5 stars room. Is there a double standards? The 29th floor was the fitness centre. was there in the afternoon using treadmill exercise for about half hour. surprisingly no staff attendance. In case there are incidents injured during exercise, whom shall call for help? Nevertheless everything was ok, Hope to improve for next trip over there.
