The hotel staff is friendly, even though the booking was not detected by Traveloka but they still helped, even offered to move to a better hotel with a better room, but we refused because the distance is better to this hotel. Overall everything is good, the staff is friendly and very helpful, the room is clean and easy access to everywhere.

Parking location is inconvenient, only a security guard will come to park the car after a while. After entering, you have to wait a few minutes for the receptionist to come. The room is fragrant and clean. The air conditioner takes a long time to turn on, and the wifi cannot be accessed.

I booked a room at 7pm and my flight was delayed. I arrived at midnight and the receptionist said there were no rooms available, saying there were insects and cockroaches, and that I couldn't call the guests (because I was on the plane). 😀 So why couldn't I call them or send them an email or any message to notify me? There was absolutely no action to help customers find other accommodation, the service quality was so bad it couldn't be worse. Then I wanted to ask the receptionist to send an email or anything to confirm that they canceled my room and I didn't stay (but had paid for 2 rooms in advance), but they also refused to support me, saying that the customer had to contact the app to report it. At that time, I called the hotline but checked the app and saw that support was only available until 10pm, so I could only call the hotline on T+1. Please help me with the refund. Also consider limiting transactions with partners like this. I really hope my sharing is useful and no one gets into a similar situation.

I booked a room here, checked in and paid in full on the app, but when I checked in, the hotel said the toilet was broken, the hotel rented it to another hotel to stay temporarily for 1 day, the next day when I returned to the hotel, they said the door was broken, then rented it to another hotel to stay temporarily, went out for 3 days and stayed at 2 other hotels, couldn't stay at the hotel I rented, maybe the hotel was full so they said this was broken, that was broken, it was really bad, I rented it for my friend so I was very embarrassed, I hope the hotel works more professionally.

The room is clean for 2 people, but the air conditioner is not cold, the wind is cool, the toilet cannot flush. I asked the staff but it still happened.

The hotel is so close to everywhere. Nice spot. However, we got a room which has a lot of cockroachs.

when i went for check in , they have changed the hotel to another hotel in their connection. And that hotel was not in good location. AC was also not working well. Don’t like it overall

Shocked when we found out we were moved to another hotel, the Ruby Hotel in District 3, even though it should have been District 1. The reason was because we couldn't be contacted (we had already paid, and check-in was only at 7 pm, not too late). Other minuses at the other hotel were the male staff were unfriendly (I don't know what burdens he had in life), lots of mosquitoes in the room, and the wifi was slow. The pluses were that the transportation costs for moving hotels were paid, the bathroom had a bath up (although it wasn't used), the room service was quite good, it was close to Family Mart, Guta, Sevel, Circle K, and there were even lots of food stalls in front of the hotel.

I stayed here in room 303 for 5 days from Dec 20 to Dec 25/2024, and it's pretty comfortable. I arrived at the hotel pretty late (3am instead of 1am as expected), and the reception guy's still so nice and processed everything quickly for me to go to my room. The room has all the things serving basic necessities (hairdryer, tv, small refrigerator, wardrobe), along with one big bed with an enough-average window to look outside to help reducing narrow feeling. The bathroom is wide enough, no complains. Oh and the shower, I felt strange at first because the hot water poured from there is too small, I first thought it's broken somehow, but the next day I realized it takes a little bit of time to pour out normally, you can adjust the water temperature easily afterwards. So yeah, still fine. Got no complains after all. I've also read some of not-so-good comments about this hotel. But for me, it's good indeed. Recommended for people who mostly go out and just return to hotel for resting/sleeping like me, but still need some basic requirements/conditions about the place (spacious bed, shower zone, enough room view...) with affordable price.

When I arrived, I didn't know where to park my car. I asked the receptionist and found out that I parked my car on the sidewalk in front of the hotel. When I arrived, there was no security guard. When I got there, there was one when I got back. The reception area was small and a bit stuffy, but I didn't stay there for long so it was okay. The elevator was big enough for 4 people. The room was great, always clean and fragrant. There was a kettle and disposable items. I found the price very suitable for the quality.

The water doesn't flow. Can't take a bath. I told the receptionist to come up and they said the hot water heater and the cold water faucet were broken. The maintenance guy came but just said something fancy to make the guest sympathize. I'm pretty sure the water didn't flow all day. What can you do if you don't have water to take a bath? You can only turn on the water at the sink faucet. You take money from the guest but don't have any service. The entire hotel doesn't have a single piece of tissue. So what's the point of having a tissue box when there's no tissue. Too bad.

Unfortunately I didn't take any photos in the hotel, because we only stayed one night before returning to Indonesia. The hotel room was small, and the facilities needed to be upgraded. But for cleanliness and comfort, everything was perfect, worth the price. The location is also very strategic, super close to Benh Thanh Market.

I have stayed here before so I came back but the experience was not as good as last time. Talking about the plus points first, the location is beautiful right in the center, you can walk to many delicious places and near Bui Vien. The staff is friendly and professional, both times I stayed they let me check in early without extra charge. The 2-bed room is spacious, comfortable and has a very chill street view. However, the 1-bed room is the opposite, old, ugly, the air conditioner leaks water very badly, the 1-bed room with window still has to go up 1 floor. The elevator has a very pungent and unpleasant smell to the point of nausea. I hope the hotel improves.

The staff id very very nice, we have problem to have vietnam dong but the staff really helps us. The room is very nice 😍✨.

There was a little incident in the middle of the night while staying here, suddenly there was a woman knocking on the door of the room many times. Other than that, the experience of staying here was quite okay.
