The hotel smells great, and there's a shuttle service that makes getting around easy without driving. The breakfast is varied. Excellent and recommended.

We stayed here for two nights, switching villas. The problem arose on the second night when we moved to Villa Subali. The bathroom in Villa Subali 1 was extremely smelly, disturbing the family's sleep/rest. Apart from that, everything was very good overall, especially with the constantly updated amenities. We hope the hotel will continue to pay attention to details such as room and bathroom cleanliness, and replace any damaged equipment (e.g., the toilet jet flush) in Subali 3, which was also damaged but was immediately replaced.

Everything is okay, only the TV can't work with YouTube, it keeps getting stuck in my room.

The hotel's atmosphere is comfortable and the rooms are clean. The food inside the hotel is also delicious and the prices are still reasonable. The electricity needs to be improved; just turning on the water heater causes the AC to go out. Turning on the hair dryer and water heater also immediately cuts off the power. Hopefully, things will improve.

The hotel atmosphere is very beautiful, calm, and comfortable... The swimming pool is clean and spacious. There are also toy boats, the kids love it. However, because the air is cool, the pool water is a bit cold in the morning, but it is nice to swim in the afternoon towards the evening. The hotel food is plentiful, complete, and varied, the soto is delicious, especially many regional specialties... Children's snacks are also quite complete. There is a shuttle service to the room because the hotel complex is not like most hotels, out of the box which is very impressive. There are many interesting restaurants to visit. Oh yes, at the meatball restaurant there are also games for rent, my kids like it so they don't get bored, one place has lots of stories. The room is clean and spacious, I ordered the premier type but it is not soundproof, from outside it can be heard, but overall it is highly recommended.
