I feel very comfortable here. This is the best hotel I've ever stayed at in Yogyakarta. The fitness equipment is complete, the restaurant is luxurious and has a wide selection of delicious food, and it's easily accessible to Pakuwon Mall.

The staff were indifferent and pretended to be busy. They didn't understand the guests' needs. They had booked a VIP room with extended check-in access, but they still made me queue for regular check-in and finally got a room 3 hours later. It took them 5 pm. Even though they had left their luggage at 11 am and had already informed me of the booking. They arrived at 2 pm and arrived at 5 pm. And they were really indifferent.

This is our kids first time in Jogja. And we’re very happy that we choose the perfect hotel for them. The staff is friendly and nice. The food (we get the chance to have breakfast , afternoon tea and dinner) all excellent👌🏻sadly the kids haven’t try the pool (maybe next visit). The hotel is just a few steps away from the Pakuwon mall so besides visiting tourist attraction, kids can also have a great time at the mall. Thank you Marriot 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 we enjoy our holiday so much.

The hotel staff is very friendly. We came and were welcomed by Mr. Kiky. The hotel is comfortable, there are many choices for breakfast.

Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Ms. marlina really helpful to provide us an early check in. Even offered us a room to facilitate our special need child. Special thanks to Mr. oka, Mr.ibnu and Mr. Irfai for the efficient attentiveness to our needs when our called to rm svc or AYS didnt get through. Thanks Mr. Angga n Ms Cici for the warm welcome in the lounge, the ice latte n four ...whatever chocolate cake was so good. Also thanks to Mr. Johan for the attentiveness during our breakfast. Even when we were checking out Ms. Claudya was very efficient. So, overall, our stay this time was satisfying and fun! Oh, thanks for the friendly chit chat Mr. Oka! keep it up Marriot n staffs. We definitely will come back again, hopefully soon.

Not bad for those who want to stay directly access to the mall, the room is modern and the bathroom design is very luxurious, the bed is comfortable to sleep. The plan to stay here because I wanted to see the sunset from the swimming pool but it turned out to be closed by the A**** hotel across the view huhuhu but overall the view is amazing with the swimming pool where there is a cafe and a place to eat and there are seats that can be enjoyed with your partner or family. Sad when my partner left his swimsuit and was not allowed to swim there, so we had no choice but to go to the mall first to buy a swimsuit. A small thing but it made us a little disappointed, even though the couple also used dryfit clothes, they should have been able to. Thank you Mba Swara for welcoming us at check-in and was very friendly. The breakfast is quite complete, but the room is not spacious enough so we often bump into other visitors when taking food, but the taste is delicious and varies from traditional to western. Access to the lobby is a little way to the mall entrance, recommended for those who want to stay but want to go to the mall often, especially those who want to watch midnight.

Nice place to stay, the room is spacious. Need to improve the soundproof. Nice breakfast, the taste of traditional cake like kue pukis and bread pudding are excellent.
